Studying the Word of God requires more than reading the bible as though it is merely a "story book text". For leaders with an understanding of spiritual gifts, a greater level of eagerness to learn should be taken in studying the bible because comprehension builds understanding, utilization of gifts, and fulfilling your ultimate responsibility to build up the Kingdom.
