Making Every Moment Count
Since we are afforded a total of 86, 400 seconds in a day and not many of them are being spent on sleep anymore for the average American nor citizens of any country why not MAXIMIZE EVERY ONE OF THEM?!
Studies reveal that MOST of our time is spent on social media so we can at least capture the attention of others in a more persuasive manner than most propogate!!
Encouraging ways to mitigate change and maximize your time:
*utilize the channels to promote positivity
*exclude obscene language
*remove contant you would not want your own children to see
*remember that everything that we can do does not mean we should do it
*be mindful of MORALS
*respect yourself and surely others will FOLLOW
